Cooperatives is basically a medium to support the members welfare by profit sharing. Employee Cooperatives “Apacinti Pelita Sejahtera” (Apacinti Cooperatives) was established in 1994 by PT. Apac Inti Corpora, Bawen, Semarang Region, Central Java, Apacinti Cooperatives operates with 114 employees.

2. Apacinti Cooperatives qualified the “Minister of Cooperatives & Small Business Enterprises Award, January 14th, 2012 : Apacinti Cooperatives established private company PT. Selaras Citra Lestari to run several business units of the Cooperatives, and Apacinti Cooperatives stands as the company shareholder.

Products and Services of Kopkar Apacinti :
1. General Trading
Distribution of households goods (primary and secondary items), industrial materials, handicrafts, groceries
2. Catering
To provide daily ready-served food to 8.500 workers of PT Apac Inti Corpora (Apacinti) in Bawen and to other industrial workers within the Semarang Region. Its also provides catering services for specific purposes like meetings and parties, and other special events.
3. Transportation (Container Trucking)
At this moment the company can only handle a small part of the whole truckings requirement to transport the Apacinti’s export and import goods.
4. Real Estate
To develop real estate business which is now just able to build 200 units of living house of type 21 and type 27 located at Lemah Ireng Village (Bawen, Semarang). For this moment, priority is provided to Apacinti’s employees to fulfil their decent housing need.
